This magnetic sweeper is used to collect metal debris (shavings, nails, grinding dust). By pulling the handle to the top of the magnetic sweeper, you demagnetize the bottom part and the metals fall off. An important factor is the speed of cleaning, which saves time and increases work productivity.

MAGNETIC SWEEPER WITH A WIDTH OF 1000 MM
Magnetic sweepers with a width of 1000 mm are mainly used for cleaning larger areas. Using this sweeper will save you time spent cleaning and prevent dust from swirling around when sweeping. The sweeper is equipped with two handles, each of which can be pulled out separately. Pulling them up to the top demagnetizes the bottom part of the magnetic broom and the metals fall off.
The sweeper is also equipped with an auxiliary stand, which facilitates handling during cleaning. The sweeper is fitted with ferrite magnets, but very strong neodymium NdFeb magnets can also be fitted on request.

Magnetic broom (magnetic sweeper) for extensive areas, the width 9000 mm
This magnetic broom consists of the three independent carts connected to a single unit. The main cart is characterized by the height-adjustable carriage shaft in the range of 280-480 mm from a road; two connected carts have a firm carriage shaft. Clear height of all carts is 120 mm. The broom is height-adjustable in the range 40-120 mm above a road, and it is equipped with plastics gliders protecting it against a contact with a road. The carts have height-adjustable moving wheels serving to facilitate connection and handling operations.

Main cart is equipped with telescopic arms; their sliding out length is ca 1200 mm. On the ends of the arms, there are balls serving to side carts connecting. All except the carriage shaft is adjustable without a need to use tooling.
The carts can be interconnected next to each other (maximum width is 9480 mm), or one behind another (in case of traveling or another manipulation, the width is 3680 mm).
Whole set weight is ca 790 kg. The carts are equipped with LED lamps and warning identification (stickers).

We have developed a magnetic broom/sweeper destined for forklift trucks. This broom/sweeper can be easily positioned onto forklift truck skids. It is especially designed for metal impurities (strips, nails, grinding dust...) collection. It finds its application also in cleaning of huge areas.

Magnetic broom for the forklift truck MM 1200 DM - UP
This magnetic broom is, in comparison with the model MM 1200 DM, made of a stainless steel so it has a higher resistance, it is more comfortable to de-magnetizeand easier method of fixation onto a forklift truck. From a viewpoint of magnetic efficiency, both brooms are identical.
How the broom (sweeper) can be cleaned?

Magnetic broom for the forklift truck MM 1200 DM - UP2
Based on user feedback, we have developed now a magnetic broom for the forklift trucks. The broom is characterized by significantly increased effective surface and comfortable de-magnetizing technique. This magnetic broom has an effective surface of 1200 x 190 mm serving to metal impurities collection; the above mentioned models have the only 1200 x 100 mm. Due to that, the broom absorbs significantly higher quantities of metal waste. Therefore, the broom does not have to be cleaned so often which leads to acceleration of its operation and making the process more efficient, and also the cleaning is less time consuming. Big quantities of metal impurities collected cause the de-magnetizing process more demanding due to a big resistance of the metal impurities. Therefore we equipped the magnetic broom with a thought-out de-magnetizing system. Thanks to that, the de-magnetizing step is fast, easy and safe.

Easy and fast de-magnetizing – it is only to spin the handle located in the magnetic broom center. After several handle rotation cycles, the magnets move to the upper position where the broom is de-magnetized and caught metal particles fall off. This is really a safe and fast solution.
