MF CIS is manufactured as standard with G3" and G4" threaded connections – 80 and 100 mm.
Bulk material passes through a perfect labyrinth of 4 magnetic tubes with a diameter of 30 mm fitted with NdFeB magnets. The body of the magnetic separator is designed to prevent pressure losses during unloading and significantly prolonging the unloading time. It is designed for a maximum pressure of 2 bar for free-flowing, non-abrasive materials.
The separator consists of two fully removable parts – the separator body and the magnetic component. The component with magnetic tubes can be removed from the magnetic separator body using a bayonet lock, and the neodymium magnetic cores can be pulled up to the upper position using a handle. This demagnetizes the stainless steel cover tubes and the metals fall out.
We pay attention to the high quality of magnetic separators

A safety box protects the magnetic cores from damage during cleaning and also protects the separator during transport in the storage space of the tanker. As additional equipment, we offer conical or flat screens including an intermediate piece, which can be installed on the MF CIS if necessary.
The separator is made of 1.4301 stainless steel and has a sandblasted finish. The cover tubes of the magnetic cores are made of polished 1.4301 stainless steel. On request, we can also manufacture a tank separator in a fully polished design.
The total weight of 12 kg allows for easy operation by one person.
