1000 mm wide magnetic sweeper
Magnetic sweepers (brooms) with a width of 1000 mm are primarily suitable for cleaning larger areas. Using this sweeper saves cleaning time and prevents dust from becoming airborne during sweeping. The sweeper is equipped with two handles, each of which can be pulled up separately. Pulling them to the upper position demagnetises the lower part of the magnetic sweeper and the metal objects fall off.
The sweeper is also equipped with an auxiliary stand that makes handling easier during cleaning. The sweeper is fitted with ferrite magnets and, on request, can also be fitted with very strong neodymium NdFeb magnets.

Magnetic sweeper for large areas with a width of 9000 mm
The magnetic sweeper consists of three separate trolleys that are connected to form a single unit. The main trolley has a height-adjustable drawbar ranging from 280-480 mm above the road surface, while the two auxiliary trolleys have fixed drawbars. The ground clearance of all trolleys is 120 mm. The sweeper is height-adjustable from 40-120 mm above the road surface and is fitted with plastic skids (protectors) to prevent contact with the road surface. The trolleys have height-adjustable transport wheels for easy coupling and handling.
Connecting the trolleys into an assembly
The main trolley has telescopic arms with an extension length of approximately 1200 mm. The ends of the arms are fitted with tow balls for connecting the auxiliary trolleys. Everything except the drawbar can be adjusted without tools.
The trolleys can be connected side by side (maximum width 9480 mm), or one behind the other for transport or other handling (width 3680 mm).
The entire assembly weighs approximately 790 kg. The trolleys are equipped with LED lights and warning markings (decals).

Based on user feedback, we have developed a new magnetic sweeper for forklift trucks with a significantly larger effective surface and a convenient demagnetisation system. This magnetic sweeper has a 1200 x 190 mm effective surface for collecting metal contaminants (the models listed above have a 1200 x 100 mm effective surface). This allows it to hold a significantly larger quantity of metal contaminants. The sweeper therefore needs to be cleaned less frequently, which speeds up and streamlines work and reduces the time required for cleaning. A large quantity of collected metal contaminants makes demagnetisation difficult because of the considerable resistance they create. We have therefore equipped the magnetic sweeper with a well-designed demagnetisation system, making demagnetisation quick, easy and safe.
Cleaning the magnetic sweeper
Easy and quick demagnetisation – simply turn the crank in the centre of the magnetic sweeper. After several turns of the crank, the magnets move to the upper position, demagnetising the sweeper and allowing the collected metal objects to fall off. A safe and quick solution.
